OUR SERVICES

Administrative & Commercial

We provide comprehensive administrative and commercial services for effective property management. By acting as the interface between tenants and landlords, we facilitate communication and ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved. We handle lease contract enforcement, maintenance, repairs, taxes, insurance, claims, dispute resolution, and internal regulations management. Finally, we oversee maintenance services, upkeep, and administrative follow-up, ensuring a comprehensive and peaceful management of your real estate assets.

Accounting & Finance

Accounting management encompasses various responsibilities, such as managing bank accounts for rents and expenses, communicating data through reports. We will develop budgets, budget forecasts, and periodic statements. We also pay close attention to managing outstanding payments, supplier accounting, as well as lease analysis and invoicing.

Technical

We handle maintenance, certifications, and waste management. We subscribe to and oversee maintenance contracts, ensure the upkeep of assets, surroundings, and equipment, and conduct preventive maintenance on technical installations. We perform routine maintenance tasks, urgent repairs, tailored visits and/or audits as required, regulatory periodic checks, and manage tendering processes for service providers.

Quality, Safety, Environment

We provide supervision, alarm monitoring, and offer a 24/7 helpdesk service. We oversee elevator maintenance and conduct on-site audits to ensure service quality. We develop and implement a fire safety and prevention plan, analyze and allocate fluid metering, and manage energy efficiency improvements. We support environmental certification processes, ensure site layout and compliance, and enforce safety and prevention regulations.
